THE YICHUDIM SIMULATOR
Helps you remember to unite Hashem and the Shechinah, k’viyochol.
Seforim HaKedoshim frequently tell us how important it is to make yichudim (unions) between Hashem’s name up in Heaven and His Shechina down here on earth. Yet, with life’s many challenges and distractions, barely any of us are even able to remember to do it, let alone to be able to actually do it in practice. The Yichudim Simulator can help you remember.
The Yichudim Simulator is a small, free-standing plasma screen which is initially blank. Suddenly, the words Kudsha B’rich Hu (in Hebrew letters) appear at the top of the screen in the center, and the word Shechintei (in Hebrew letters) appears at the bottom in the center, but raised up a bit from the bottom. The word Shechintei starts to rise up at medium speed. As it gets halfway up, the words Kudsha B’rich Hu start to move to the right (it’s in Hebrew, remember). As soon as they do, the word Shechintei moves quickly diagonally up to the left and lands two spaces to the left of Kudsha B’rich Hu. A letter “vav” is added to the beginning of the word Shechintei and when it does the letter “vav” lets out a short flash of light. Then all the letters simultaneously let out a short flash of light. The names stay that way for a few seconds and then the screen fades off.

About two seconds later, the two names appear as they did originally on top and a little bit raised up from the bottom, but this time the words Kudsha B’rich Hu begin to travel straight down. When they get about halfway down, they start to move diagonally down to the right. The word Shechintei moves quickly over to the left. The words Kudsha B’rich Hu land two spaces to the right of the word Shechintei, a letter “vav” is added to the beginning of the word Shechintei, and when it does the letter “vav” lets out a short flash of light. Then all the letters simultaneously let out a short flash of light. The names stay that way for a few seconds and then the screen fades off. This sequence repeats continuously.
The Yichudim Simulator comes in desk or wall models. It is also available as the screen saver for your computer, or to appear on your cell phone.
