THE FRUSTRATION TOLERATOR
It takes over that part of your frustration that you are unable to tolerate.
It takes over that part of your frustration that you are unable to tolerate.
With every other product or product idea listed on this website, I either suddenly got the idea for it “independently” or “received” the idea after I asked Hashem for it, by saying something like, “Hashem, we need a product to help us….” And then, in either a few minutes, or an hour or two, or maybe even sometimes a day or two, I got the idea for each one the products you see here.
But now, with The Frustration Tolerator, I haven’t gotten any idea for a product at all, and it’s been over a week already. The only thought I’ve “gotten” about it is, “The only thing you can rely on when you have too much frustration is Hashem.”
So I guess that’s what The Frustration Tolerator is then - Hashem (which turns out to be a pretty amazing product, when you think of it).
Therefore, when you’re frustrated, think of Hashem. Realize that He’s causing that specific situation to happen to you. He’s specifically put you there, with those certain people, at that certain time, in that certain setting, with your certain makeup and character and faults and strengths, etc. In other words, the whole thing is tailor-made just for you.
He wants you to work on yourself and correct yourself and improve yourself, so He puts you into those situations to force you to change.
But He also knows that sometimes you won’t be able to deal with everything that comes your way, and that‘s when He likes to step in and help you out. In fact, rescuing you from situations that become too much for you is one of His favorite activities.
So throw on Hashem’s shoulders that part of your frustration that you feel you are not able to tolerate. He will take it over from you so you don’t have to deal with it.
It therefore turns out that The Frustration Tolerator is not such a new idea after all. It’s what Dovid HaMelech (King David) said in Tehillim (Psalms) several thousands of years ago, ‘Throw your burden on Hashem, and He will support you….” (Tehillim 55:23). Just now it’s in the form of a product that you can use whenever you want.

I thought it would be valuable to develop a product idea called The Frustration Tolerator. How it would work is people would give it that part of their frustration that they were unable to tolerate at the moment. They would then be able to tolerate the amount of frustration with which they were left, and their situation at hand would thereby calm down.

A word of caution: Make sure you thank Hashem when He takes over your frustration and don't assume the attitude that you deserve to be in your newly-granted, frustration-free state.
